Helping Other People Elevate (HOPE) by guiding individuals and families from broken circumstances into healing, restoration, and lasting freedom.
Our vision is to see lives restored, families reunited, and communities strengthened as individuals discover hope, healing, and renewed purpose. We strive to be a place where people are not defined by their past struggles, but empowered to grow into the life they were created to live.
At Hope House, HOPE stands for Helping Other People Elevate.
We believe that no one is beyond restoration. No matter the circumstances someone may face—addiction, trauma, grief, incarceration, or broken relationships—there is always a path forward. Our role is to help individuals rise above the challenges that have impacted their lives and equip them with the tools, support, and encouragement needed to move toward a healthier and more fulfilling future.
We believe every person deserves to be treated with dignity, understanding, and respect. We meet people where they are and walk beside them with empathy and encouragement.
We are committed to providing effective, research-informed treatment that addresses the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—equipping individuals with practical tools for lasting recovery.
Hope is central to everything we do. We believe true transformation is possible, and we strive to help individuals discover their value, purpose, and the unconditional love of Jesus as they pursue healing.
People are not defined by their past but by their potential. Our mission is to help individuals elevate beyond life’s circumstances and move forward with strength, purpose, and renewed hope.
At Hope House Counseling Center, we believe every person deserves the opportunity for a new beginning. Whether someone is taking their first step toward recovery or continuing their journey of healing, our team is here to provide the guidance, support, and encouragement needed to build a life filled with hope.

Darla DeLeon serves as the CEO of Hope House Counseling Center’s Intensive Outpatient Program, bringing more than two decades of professional experience—and a deeply personal journey of recovery—to the individuals and families she serves. She is a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor (LADAC II) and a Licensed Professional Counselor under supervision, holding a master’s degree in Addiction Recovery and a bachelor’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
Darla’s clinical work is strengthened by a wide range of specialized training and certifications. She is a certified grief educator, a SYMBIS-certified premarital counselor, and is trained in trauma-informed care, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), EMDR, Brainspotting, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder treatment. These evidence-based approaches allow her to help clients address trauma, addiction, grief, and emotional struggles while building the tools necessary for long-term healing.
But Darla’s work is more than a profession—it is a calling.
With over 21 years in active recovery, she understands firsthand the challenges of addiction, the weight of broken circumstances, and the courage it takes to rebuild a life. Her personal journey fuels a deep commitment to walking alongside others who are facing some of life’s most difficult moments.
At the heart of Darla’s leadership is the mission of Helping Other People Elevate (HOPE)—lifting individuals and families beyond the circumstances that have impacted their lives and empowering them to move forward with strength, healing, and renewed purpose.
Through compassion, clinical expertise, and unwavering dedication to the community, Darla has helped shape Hope House Counseling Center into a place where people are not defined by their past, but by their potential for restoration and growth. Under her leadership, Hope House continues to provide a safe and supportive environment where individuals and families can find the guidance, tools, and encouragement they need to rebuild their lives and rediscover hope.

Brittany “Monk” Suydam is a Certified Peer Support Specialist and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor (LADAC) under supervision at Hope House Counseling Center, where she dedicates her work to supporting individuals and families affected by addiction and life’s difficult circumstances. Through both professional training and personal experience, Monk offers authentic understanding, encouragement, and guidance to those seeking recovery and restoration.
With four years in recovery from addiction, Monk knows firsthand the challenges and victories that come with rebuilding a life. Her journey fuels her passion to help others who are struggling with addiction, incarceration, and the complex challenges families face—especially parents navigating difficulties with their children. She believes that everyone deserves the opportunity to heal, grow, and rediscover their worth.
Monk is also deeply committed to serving her community outside of the counseling setting. She is an active member of Freedom Life Church and serves as a facilitator at The Refuge All Recovery Group, held every Thursday, where she helps create a welcoming space for individuals seeking connection and support in recovery.
A devoted mother to her two children, Amelia and Atticus, Monk considers them the greatest joy and motivation in her life. They inspire her daily to continue growing and helping others find hope.
Music is also a meaningful part of Monk’s life. She has a passion for playing guitar as a form of worship, using music to express her faith and encourage others in their spiritual journey. Her heart is not only to support people in recovery, but also to help others discover faith, healing, and a relationship with Jesus.
Through her compassion, authenticity, and dedication to service, Monk strives to create a safe and supportive environment where individuals feel seen, understood, and empowered to begin a new chapter of their lives.

Luke Campbell is a valued member of the Hope House Counseling Center & Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) team, serving as a Registered Behavioral Health Technician. Luke brings kindness, compassion, and encouragement to everyone he encounters, helping create a welcoming and supportive environment for individuals walking through recovery.
Luke is preparing to begin Certified Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS) training, continuing his commitment to helping individuals overcome addiction and build lasting recovery.
His passion for helping others is deeply personal. After experiencing the loss of his older brother Tallan, who tragically lost his life to overdose, Luke felt called to walk alongside others facing similar struggles. This experience has given him a deep understanding of the pain addiction can cause and a strong desire to guide individuals toward healing and restoration.
Luke is inspired by his father, Anthony Campbell, pastor of Freedom Life Church in McMinnville, Tennessee, and strives to follow in his footsteps by living out his faith through compassion and service.
At Hope House Counseling Center, Luke’s passion has truly met its purpose as he encourages individuals to discover hope, recovery, and the unconditional love that Jesus has for them.
